We understand that you may not like our towels. Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards
Products that have been used, Products that have been washed

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, or your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

All postage costs associated with exchanges or returns are not refunded by Chic Towels.

Buyers are responsiple for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

For wholesale orders you have to reach us at sales@chictowels.com. Unfortunately you cannot place a wholesale order through the website. You can pay by paypal, bank transfer, visa, mastercard, or amex. 

We ship everything within 1-2 business days after receiving order. However, during busy seasons your orders may take up to 2 weeks. Due to postal service delays. Especially for orders outside of Canada and USA. 

If you need express delivery regardless of the cost, please e-mail us with your shipping address and we will get back to you with express shipping costs depending on location.

Please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address to avoid it being returned to us as undeliverable. Further shipping costs will be incurred to have the package resent to you.
