Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

We do have a set MOQ per SKU for most of our products. 

Setting a minimum order quantity in your wholesale order lets us give you the lowest price possible!

Wholesale Pricing

There are so many Brick and Mortar stores, online stores, hospitality outlets and small business want to see if organic towels are something that would sell.

Payment Terms

All of our opening orders are PIA (payment in advance). Once we build a relationship together, starting by your second order, we can go with NET-30 after a small deposit. 

Currency is in Canadian Dollars. Pay via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Bank Transfer. 

Return and Exchange Policies For Wholesale Orders

We are aware that not everything goes as smooth as we wanted it to be somestimes, despite our extreme efforts. 

We offer 7 days replacement for defective items and wrong sizes.

We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee or exchange of items. 

Shipping For Wholesale Orders

Our ship window is 2 weeks, but if you are in a rush we will try our best and meet your expectations!

We have worldwide shipping for wholesale orders both for small and bulk quantities. 

Since we work with international couriers such as DHL Express, UPS or Fedex, we are able to provide you with the lowest and best shipping deals. 

Returns and exchanges, shipping cost is covered by wholesale buyers.
